How do I start planning a trip?

Use our Plan Your Trip form to tell us your destination, travel dates, number of travellers, budget and preferences. Our team will review your request and get in touch to discuss the details.

Can you create a tailor-made itinerary?

Yes. We can shape journeys around your interests, available time, preferred travel style and budget, including combinations of safari, beach and international travel.

How far in advance should I book?

It depends on the destination, season and availability. For peak safari periods, holidays and popular international destinations, earlier planning generally gives you more choice.

Are the prices shown on the website final?

No. Our 2026 Planning Price Guides are indicative market-based estimates for budgeting. Final prices are confirmed after we check your dates, availability, accommodation, number of travellers and selected inclusions.

Can you arrange flights?

Yes. We can assist with flight planning and current fare options for domestic, regional and international journeys. Airfares can change with dates, airline, baggage and availability.

Can you arrange cruises?

Yes. We can help you explore cruise destinations, itineraries, cabin categories and current options, then provide a quotation based on your dates and requirements.

Do safari prices include international flights?

Not unless specifically stated in a quotation. Safari package inclusions and exclusions are shown on the relevant package page, and flights can be added according to your itinerary.

Can you arrange accommodation?

Yes. Accommodation can be planned around your preferred style, from budget and comfort options to luxury and premium stays, subject to availability.

How do I request a quotation?

Submit the Plan Your Trip form or contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will use the information you provide to prepare the next step.

How will you contact me after I submit an enquiry?

We will follow up using the contact details provided with your enquiry. We may contact you to clarify dates, preferences, accommodation or other trip requirements before preparing a quotation.

Can I change my trip after requesting a quotation?

Yes. Tell us what you would like to change and we can review the itinerary, availability and pricing again. Changes may affect the final quotation.
